The Trains of Wyoming exhibit features more of what I love: capturing the train in a picturesque landscape setting. The exhibit includes eight pieces altogether, including five new photographs, as well as three that have been previously shown.
My compositions often include expansive landscapes relative to modern-day freight trains to emphasize the importance of the land and the environment.
The train, symbol of economic growth, is necessary for our prosperity, but at this time the health of the land is even more important. My photographs reflect the need to find a more harmonious balance between economic development and the health of the environment. Ultimately, our own health depends upon it.
I hope you enjoy the photographs.
